One Life Fellowship is a growing church in Ocala, Florida, with a mission to glorify God by making disciples who make disciples. We value biblical teaching, authentic worship, and community outreach that impacts every generation. 

Position Overview 

One Life Fellowship is seeking a male Youth Pastor who loves Jesus, teaches God’s Word faithfully, and connects naturally with students. The ideal candidate will equip middle and high school students to grow in their faith, partner with parents, and lead a vibrant, Christ-centered youth ministry. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee weekly youth services, Bible studies, small groups, and outreach events
  • Preach and teach the Word of God in a clear, engaging, and biblically sound manner
  • Build relationships with students and parents, fostering spiritual growth and discipleship
  • Recruit, train, and encourage adult volunteers
  • Plan camps, retreats, mission trips, and service projects
  • Partner with church staff to integrate youth into the life and mission of One Life Fellowship
  • Manage the youth ministry budget and calendar

Qualifications 

  • Candidate who meets biblical leadership standards (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1)
  • Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a call to youth ministry
  • Agreement with the beliefs and values of One Life Fellowship
  • Bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication, teaching, and leadership skills
  • Team player with a servant’s heart

Compensation 

  • Salary commensurate with experience
